Right of withdrawal (14 days)
Under applicable EU and Greek consumer law (including Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your products, without giving a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us at +306976241068 or by email at contact@celiaswim.com before the 14-day period expires.
Hygiene exception (swimwear)
Under Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.
For swimwear, the following applies:
- Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- All original tags and labels must be attached
- The protective hygiene liner must be intact and in place
- Items must be returned in original packaging
Items with a removed or damaged hygiene liner, stains, odours, or missing tags cannot be accepted for return or refund.
Refunds & store credit
We accept returns for items purchased exclusively from our online store as either a full refund or store credit, provided the conditions above are met.
After approval, we will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds or store credit are issued within 6–8 business days.
Sale & promotional items
Items purchased at a discount, during promotions, or with coupon codes may not be eligible for return, where clearly stated at purchase.
Defective or incorrect items
If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will review your case and, where applicable, cover return shipping.
Rejected returns
Returns that do not meet our criteria (hygiene liner, tags, packaging, etc.) will be rejected for sanitary reasons. No refund will be issued and items may be sent back to you at your expense.
